Recommended for those who appreciate service
The staff here. One night, after realizing I was a little under the weather, they sent up a pot of homemade chicken soup which was exactly what I needed.
It wasn't inexpensive, but I'll be damned if it wasn't worth it.

Lovely breakfasts with the granola, food options to choose from plus silver coffee. Elegant & bright room with coffee, walls for a view plus every comfort. Favourable location in a lovely area near shops, restaurants, Hyde Park, and Kensington Palace and sights and restaurants. Again, 15 minutes walk from a scientifically spellbinding museum.

We booked deluxe king studio and could use wake-up service, available in it. The made-to-order breakfast was generous and the staff were efficient and hospitable.

Had a fantastic experience staying at the superior queen room. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The property was in the heart of the city. It was also just off the centre of London, Cheneston's restaurant and bustling London. I really enjoyed staying at this small hotel because of the elegant ambience.

An indescribably beautiful hotel with many loving fresh flower arrangements. A very friendly and very obliging reception staff/concierge. Great! The breakfast, as well as dinner was very tasty. Rooms and beds very comfortable.
The breakfast was extensive but not extraordinary. In the breakfast area the staff could be a little more trained and professional.

Room had a beautiful view of the park, bed was very comfortable
The housekeeping department was obviously understaffed, what a pity

The room was beautifully designed. The location was amazing, easy access to everything. The staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous. Right across the street from Kensington Park, tons of restaurants around, walking distance to Albert Hall. Big, comfortable bed.
Tiny tv. Weird shower that you had to stand right against the wall to get under. Expensive. The walls are thin, so you can hear people all around you.

charming decor, unique cocktail offerings, perfect cleanliness
Small room sizes could be more spacious!!! High prices for transport services are unreasonable!!! Odd maintenance issues need to be addressed, as wear and tear is evident!!!
